You will find a warm and friendly welcome on your admission to our clinic for treatment. In most cases, admissions need to be pre-reserved, but we can take in a new admission within one day of making a reservation.
Referrals are recognized from a healthcare professional, the client and a loved one. We will make sure that our personnel are prepared to accommodate you after your reservation is confirmed.
Upon arrival at the facility, you will be acquainted to the medical staff and toured around so that you can orient yourself with the facility's various corners. In addition to a schedule of therapy meetings, you will be given a welcome pack that will help you get familiar with everything you should know about Sanctuary Lodge and your stay here. Please contact us if you unable to travel to our clinic by yourself.
On the first 24 hours of your admission, we will prepare everything for your first meeting with your detox specialist.
Your medical and psychological treatment needs will be assessed during this first and important step. A full detoxification regimen would be prescribed for administration if it be required. Then our medical health professionals will monitor and administer the detox under strict protocol.
Kindly remember that we need details of your doctor's surgery as well as physical proof of any medication that you may be taking by ensuring that you bring it along with you upon admission.
A psychiatrist will call attention to any aspects of your treatment that need expert attention and make suggestions. Our goal is to make sure that you treatment needs are met during your stay, therefore we will make sure that anything recommended or highlighted is then incorporated into your bespoke treatment plan. Our clinical director, medical personnel and counsellors will then regularly review your treatment plan to make sure that you always get the top care.
Our friendly staff will then help you settle in once your assessment has been completed. Our staff are always available to offer reassurance, give advice and help in all matters especially because we recognize that this is a trying and worrisome time for most people.
